I want you to be happy with your purchase from One Armed Potter.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about a standard, non-personalised item bought through this website, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact me at gary@onearmedpotter.co.uk within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel.

Once you have told me you wish to cancel, please return the item within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning it safely.

Returned items should be unused and returned in their original condition.

Once the returned item has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, this will also include the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Damaged or faulty items

Because pottery is fragile, please contact me as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Email gary@onearmedpotter.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging so I can resolve the problem.

Handmade pottery

Each piece is handmade and small variations in shape, glaze, colour and surface are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.

Custom or personalised orders

Items made specifically to order or personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty or not as described.

Returning an item

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide the correct return details.
