Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through the One Armed Potter website.

Products
All pottery sold through this website is handmade.
Because each piece is made individually, small variations in shape, size, glaze, colour and surface are normal and form part of the character of handmade ceramics.
I make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before payment is completed.
Orders and payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
Payment must be made through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
Orders will be sent to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
I aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. Any estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Please make sure the delivery address supplied with your order is correct.
Cancellations and returns
For standard, non-personalised products bought online, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please see the Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged or faulty goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact me at gary@onearmedpotter.co.uk with your order details and photographs where appropriate.
I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
Returned goods
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in their possession.
Where a return is made simply because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for safely returning the item unless otherwise agreed.
A deduction may be made from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them and their value has consequently been reduced.
Availability
Most pieces are made in small batches or as individual pieces.
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. An item is only secured once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
Website availability
I make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and information accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may occasionally be updated to reflect changes to the website, business or legal requirements.
